Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All our products are shipped out same day insured via our courier Business Post, for next day delivery. If your product does not arrive the following day please send an email to info@theratchetshop.co.uk and we will look into it.

RETURNS

The Ratchetshop hopes you are pleased with your products. We understand it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us and your purchase can be returned or exchanged.

Please note all items will not be exchanged or refunded until a full inspection has been carried out to check the product has not been used or damaged in any way.

Refunds on shipping will only be made if the product is faulty.

If you are unhappy with your products or delivery, we can only consider claims up to 14 days after you receive the goods. In addition, please check any damaged delivery before you sign for it as we cannot consider a claim for lost or damaged goods once they have been accepted/signed for.
