DELIVERY CHARGES
Boxes up to 2 kilos are £4.50 per box for items shipped within England, Scotland (not including the Highlands) and Wales.
Boxes up to 30kilos are £7.50 per box for items shipped within England, Scotland (not including the Highlands) and Wales. It is then £7.50 per additional box.
Items shipped to Ireland, The Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands are £14 per box for 30kilos.
Please call our office for Shipping prices to Europe. These also average around £14 for 30kilos.
We also offer a Saturday delivery at £15 per box up to 30 kilos.
We offer a next day delivery service however the ratchet shop cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive the following day. If your order is urgent and must be with you next day delivery, please call us for extra assistance.
RETURNS
The Ratchetshop hopes you are pleased with your products. We understand it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us and your purchase can be returned or exchanged.
Please note all items will not be exchanged or refunded until a full inspection has been carried out to check the product has not been used or damaged in any way.
Refunds on shipping will only be made if the product is faulty. |
